I feel like I am one of those coal shovelers at the bottom. Always working the gears of the system, never making it to the deck, and first one to go down when sh!t hits the fan (propellers). Does anyone else feel the same?

Does your contract also work in your favor?, meaning are you guaranteed a good package if you get ACTed before the minimum time you agreed to be at Intel?

Job acceptance agreement at hire, with hiring bonus and paid relocation agreeing to stay at Intel for this many years or payback.
The latest crappy earnings guarantee more ACT reductions just around the corner... And don't forget that Intel starts in massive bond payments in Q4 20016 to pay for the idiotic acquisition.
