Wipro looks like mini government office, people just because of experience becomes manager, and people who are making rules have absolutely no idea of how a common employee is suffering all they want is money to be saved, company should show profit etc. Nobody cares about employee. So many unnecessary rules and policies are there, except newly joined employees if u ask whomsoever they'll say they are unhappy with wipro. to worsen the situation Quarterly appraisal and Trend next has been brought. It is like a leader blindfolded is leading his followers into the hole. at least WASE people if they stay 5 years they'll get a good hike after 4th year but there is no use for B.E./B.Tech employees to stay or join this company for any reason.
