There is a lot of reshuffling of technology from one project to another, but after gaining expertise or interest in one technology, you will be expected to start all over again with a new technology.
That's a waste of knowledge.
Very frustrating to employees.
They can choose to switch one they've gained some experience in a technology for which they will be hired outside.
It strategy to make your skills set market unworthy so that u become slave of infosys.
. Go out and search a job. they will ask 5 years in same tech and same domain required.
This is trick played all Indian tier 1 tier 2 it firm to control risk of business loss to rival and attrition .
