There were two faults, one Thursday night that pointed to HPE first, then found out it was ITA. Friday morning there was another with the weight and balance system, again not an HPE system. That's how I understand it.
That doesn't even make sense. It was a fault in the UA weight reporting system. ITA does flight and fare search. But regardless, it's not an HPE system.
That's a relief!
It was a fault on ITA Software's (Google) side, not HPEs, thankfully.
