Management dosent really know what they exactly want it's chaos out there every month every quarter there will be a new rule it's horrible for Sales.
WI&WT conflicts never ends no coordination at all between two delivery has no idea what their bandwidth is. People who are more than 8+ in the system never work or never bother to encourage new innovative ideas or support in any manner.

Wipro should filtered all Green Tag employees, As I came to know, most of the green tag people neither they want to update the new technology or management policy, rather than they are utilizing very old principle.Also, they are dominating other band people as well. So my request to the management, please filtered all green tag people. There are some green tag people, who are really gr8.
Wipro needs to go back home to India. The US has plenty of citizens who can do these jobs and do them well. The are the veterans who have fought for this country and proven they are a cut above anyone Wipro !!!! Please head OUT Now!!!
