This is a brief note on my experience - I am in Doraville, GA - so, the US side so I cannot really comment on what's going on in India or Europe as I have no experience about ops over there... In my view Wipro is a place just to fill the employment gap until you find a real job.
When you look at what the priorities are we always focus on delivering more and that's what's causing quality to drop. The management keeps talking a lot about quality, but your job instructions change daily and often quality is forgotten.
You will never have any sense of job security and you will feel that your job is on the line all the time - sometimes I think somebody will get pissed and lay me off or fire me on the spot. That's how it feels to me...
Wipro is very stingy with any raises. In my case they can afford it - they have a major contracts for a large corporation - they can go online and see what the actual position pays, but you will only receive a fraction of that from them - they keep money for Wipro and you are paid less than you deserve...
I have to clock out to use the bathroom which is humiliating and I receive one company paid break during each day - the hour that you clock out for is broken into a 20 minute break and a 40 minute lunch - and that's it. Oh, did I forget to say that my pay really s---s and I can barely afford to live on it. So much for the blessings of a career in IT...
