Any insight on SUO Salaries?

I have been at SUO PGH for about 15mos. I was looking forward to my first raise this past August only to have the carpet pulled right out from under me. When you are at the 40K base that I am 5K is a lot of money. It got me thinking, what are our leaders making? I hear about the few 100K matrix AR's remaining but what about management?

I inquired when AM positions were available and all HR would tell me is "negotiable". What does that even mean?

What do newer AM's make compared to more tenured ones? What about our Campus Directors? RVP? Vice Chacellor?

The only way I'll get a raise is via promotion. Is it even worth trying?

I wish I knew what all these initials stand for. . AUO? AMs? CDs?

If you know you're setting someone up for failure how about not doing it. Why is that such a radical concept for this crowd? Just. Dont. Do it. 40 K sales jobs are a dime a dozen.

CD's making that kind of money is comical to me.

A new AM is getting low 60's. Ones that have been there a while like Duffy, Dreger and Smith are getting high 70's/low 80's. Chambers runs two teams + he was his former boss's wing man so he's high 80's range. Here's the shocker, my boss can't keep her mouth shut. Heard her complaining to another AM that the highest paid out of all of them is Marco! Yep, that clown is low 90's because he hit the matrix and got a raise to be an AM.

CD's are low six figures but they get bonus's, yes, you heard that right. The ones that tell you that you s--- and that we are missing plans are getting bonus pay of about 10K each year. Funny how that works, huh! Remember that each time you are forced to set someone up for failure and lifelong debt.

40K is what they pay all of us AR's now. We all were to get 5K raise after 1yr but increases were frozen for 2017

In the 40 range, 5k is wishful thinking.
