it is a good idea ; i believe
evidence being kevin kennidy manages its own 'treasury' very well and demonstrates this
(perhaps avaya is on the edge of collapsing; but kennedy revenues are fine and to the level of large successful compnaies, just need to check the various forms deseribing this on the SEC site (as it is public)
i m currently waitng to see how much he will get for 2017 (another succesful year for avaya)
