This is random - I'd like to thank all of you that share your thoughts, opinions, frustrations and words of support on this forum. It's rough out there, it's uncertain and the company is not going in the right direction - there is a lot of passive aggressive mgmt behavior right now and a lot of mgmt games being played. Knowing that I have a community of like-minded peers that observe the same things as I do and feel the same way about the overall situation makes it a bit more tolerable...

Thank you to the folks who have alerted us to the facts before they have occurred (WFH policy, re-org, etc) and who have been willing to provide additional details past what the rest of us get, including those management-only documents.

and thank you to those that post emails that only mgmt receives (like the WFH FAQ). It helps those of us not in mgmt to see the full communication from above (even when we don't like the news).

Agreed. It's maybe a little like living in a dysfunctional family with terribly abusive parents, no one else really understands better than your tortured siblings.
