Last week in a public meeting management said that retention letters would issued this week. No sign of them. The latest in along series of broken promises and outright lies. Thank you, SLB.

We would all happily forfeit redundancy for ten years worth of work at a decent company. That is by far worth more than staying at SFTC now they have given everyone more time to look around for real employment and in this day and age when we are all connected as soon as one person leaves and gives the signal we will all be gone bye!
Dreaming? No, just moving into careers where, for a change, they are treated with respect. Wher they aren't rubbished in order to squeeze them. There is a whole world out there and most of the SFTC people have skills that are valued outside the oilfield.
............and forfeit their redundancy payments. Dream on.
