I worked my a-- of at Wipro for two years, and besides being underpaid, here is what else bothered me. The communication between management and employees couldn't be the worse, and the structurally it s---s. Specially if you work at client's site - then you are screwed, no HR to contact and everyone is your manager when they need something from you, and when you need something done then no one is your manager and no one is there for you.

We have known wipro (and similar) have been bad for US business since day one. Glad you're finally realizing that reality.
Why are you screaming all over the places....go wreck your manager or his manager or his....not the readers.
