Would be nice if anyone would either provide source or at least describe how they deducted this. Feels like I am at a betting place.

Avaya not for sale...there may be layoff and now they have started appraisal for this year...this time from each team xx% employee will get low ratings.....
I don't see any sign of sales....There may be re-organization, layoff and other major changes. Nothing real about sale
