For me, Wipro is not a horrible place to work for, but I'm not so sure about future of this firm, specially its US business. It looks to me that management has no idea neither how to motivate its employees, nor how to keep their clients happy. The appraisal system is the worst I have ever seen, the best performers are leaving because of it; and as far I have seen, Wipro is losing customers as well.
