Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

I come here for two reasons.

First sometimes you get good inside info that's great.

It's also so fun to read the illiterate rantings of all the bitter losers. At first that was annoying but now I enjoy reading their barely coherent ranting and ravings.

Most of them have never even worked at Intel and I know this because even my Penang coworkers who speak the worst English sound like Shakespeare compared to these fools.

I will second the opinion that there has been what I would consider some invaluable info on certain threads. I really appreciate those who put in the research and effort to inform the rest of us. I took the ERP package and it was so nice to hear others in the same boat, when benefits were expected, various options on healthcare etc. Again, a big thanks.

And yes, I've also gotten quite a few chuckles looking in from time to time. I still smile about the clown shoes BK nickname, (not so sure why? but I'm even chuckling right now). Then of course lots of threads from trolls, most don't take much time to realize their not worth the time to read but that's kind of typical on the net, no?

I come to post and illuminate why all is not well on the Titanic and a big plunge is immenient and it will be ugly for many tens of thousands.

Jury is out if Intel will even make it another three years but some of the bad news is top secret so I can't say all, LOL

Had it not been for agreesive administration, this board would have been dead months ago

Let's just hope the tone of the Intel threads gets better. I agree, When the lay-offs were happening there was some good information here, now there is just idiocy.

I enjoy reading brainless posts like these that talk about other brainless posts. Pure drivel, but none the less, entertaining that the so-called enlightened would have the mental capacity to make such a post.

I've seen some of the resident trolls on threads from other boards such as QCOM, etc. Looks like these punks have nothing better to do than troll around.

I've seen several broad clues that indicate some of these posters have never worked at Intel because of gaffs they make about process, terminologies, etc. Then the atrocious grammar and language--definitely not US based Intel at least. I am assuming there are simply people who have nothing more to do than troll the web, whatever the site or the topic. This particular forum has some resident trolls, that as you say, at first were just annoying but now provide comic relief. That said, I have seen a few good threads that give some insight on the internal workings of ACT and Intel culture in general, plus useful info on the how to get more info about benefits. Fewer and fewer over time, but that may pick up with the next round of layoffs.
