How can a company be successful where employees pull each others leg? These are not the values and culture a company should possess. I would blame none other than leadership for building these qualities. These are the foundation for a company and no doubt Avaya is definitely a sinking ship.
I think everyone within Avaya agrees that even the outsourcers are more productive than the Indian engineering teams.

These would be none other than Indians doing BS here like they do with the code and bcoz of which Avaya has become worst place to work.

This might be BS, but I did hear an outside private equity and Avaya's creditors playing a big role in subsequent 'changes'
