Women take notice!

I wonder what percentage of Target layoffs in 2016 have been women? I bet it is fairly high. Star trib you paying attention at all?

Speaking as someone that was laid off in the last "large" layoff of 2015 the majority of those I saw being laid off were white males between 20-45 years of age. Many since that have been laid off seem to follow this trend.

Lol you have got to be kidding. HR spends a ridiculously disproportionate amount of time on stuff like this to ensure they don't get sued. If anything, women, minorities, and older TM jobs are more protected.
