True. I have researched it the Fair Labor Act. I am salaried non-exempt but I don't get paid time and half for overtime. They are breaking the law and I have it all in hard copy. As of 10-30 a new contract is to be issued for a new pay structure. I want see this contract and there has to be one because they are completely changing the terms. I will keep you posted.
