I'm serious! I'm going to do admissions for a public state university that is actually hiring a LOT of EDMC ARs that are jumping from this sinking ship!

Well...I will say I was able to secure another job in the public education sector while I am still employed at EDMC so it didn't hurt me to have it on my resume...leaving at the end of the month to a more stable and honest environment!
Ya'll better be conservative with that severance, since it'll be a looooooooong time for you to find employment with EDMC/Art Institute on your resume!

-1fhd that's exactly what I'm saying, there's no way to confirm that CA schools are on the heightened cash monitoring list.
The most recent list includes schools on the HCM1 and HCM2 as of 6/1/16. It's probably not updated with any new schools for the 2nd half of the year. Curious to see what other CA schools end up on the list. I guess that might be a good warning for those who need some time to GTF outta there before HR suddenly comes trodding in with boxes and severance packages one of these days.
Where can you confirm that the CA schools are on the list? I checked the Department of Educations HCM list and I don't see any CA schools.
The have been on HCM for a while. A large majority of Ai school are on the list as HCM1.

No inside information, but this may give you more clues. "HCM" stands for DoEd heightened cash monitoring.
