Noble is not "best in class ". They are nowhere close. They are a below average, poorly managed mediocre company. By every measurable parameter they rank on the bottom quadrant of their peer group.
Tearing down others is what goes on every day at Noble. It's done to the staff by the same exec's and middle managers that got us into this mess. Why won't management accept accountability for their own bad decisions? Instead they make the employees pay. That's best in class?
If any company deserves criticism it's Noble. They are a poorly managed company. Who else has had four rounds of layoffs in 18 months? Most companies are rebounding... adding rigs and people. Not Noble. It is not about making myself "feel better". It's the facts.
