Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

It WILL get worse

CPO was sacked, and a scapegoat for the E-VP MMADness. EVP has driven the org, AT EVERY LEVEL TO FAIL. He foments dissent, and creates PRiority Initiatives for different groups that all contradict each other. He does not care about the innefectiveness, horrible moral, breach of contracts, late payments, furloughs, humiliating Directors or lower, yelling and berating on calls. In front of dozens of peers. And then allowing behavior to export throughout the leadership ranks.

The Interim CPO is sharper than sharp, and good, but she'll be vomiting in a trashcan, 2 weeks in. There is no mercy, and there are no loyalties. You are a body doing his bidding, nothing more. I am not melodramatic when I say he is sociopathic.

Let's not forget the suicide a year ago, countless medical leaves for stress and health, a suspicious package delivered to Tempe this year. I am scared there will be a workplace shooting given the stress levels and AZ gun laws.

This will not get better, but continue to get worse.

Oh, and HR are like the guards at the gates of Auschwitz, "Cmon now, you'll be be fine, we have a nice warm shower after that long train ride."

Christmas is coming,

scrooge lives,

run, run, run.

Remember that most of the mass shootings in the past 10 years have occurred in the places with the strictest gun laws. You're also 4 times more likely to die in a car wreck on your way to and from work. So, stop with the bullsh1t drama.

So if you had CA gun laws you would feel safe? Not like there has ever been a shooting there.
