The Site Leader before Henry D. was Preston Mathis; he forced two Managers "out" because they would NOT take Two "Alpha Male" Planners to the Parking Lot and Shoot them. When I reported that to Honeywell Tip Line, the quickly found a reason that they thought would hold up in court and "took me to the Parking Lot" !!!
Remember, Honeywell is NOT Honeywell ,.,.,. it is Allied Signal that when they bought out Honeywell, their Employee reputation was far worse than Honeywell's !!!!
Yes PM is worse than all of the other crazy leaders put together. The Clearwater site once was a great place to work, now people are fighting to get out. The good ones have already found better jobs or will be out the door soon. Very sad that people havego to be harassed at work, I smell several lawsuits. Lets hope for the peoples and the customers sake they remove leadership VERY quick.
