For which location? Where is Indian IT folks?
It's just not the ones across the pond don't forget the take over at PWC. You see more and more Indians brought in, which NOV pays for their Visas, and less and less American employees. I understand the economics of the issue but I don't thinks it worth the security risk.

NOV will have the best IT security with out sourcing to India. Give them the admin password so that they can steal all the employee personal information.
