This means TSMC buys INTEL, LOL

As the current Intel in the fruit, I'd call the worms in Apple are all made at TSMC

At best, Intel will become yet another foundry for ARM and Apple products. Once x86 goes down in servers against ARM in the next 5 years or so, there is no other viable product from PEG side. Modems, memory, IoT are all smoke and mirrors, and other more established and better players will take the lion's share of those markets.
