Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Bankruptcy now seems like the best alternative

Well, it appears that all bets are off on the sale of the Networking business.

Latest talk in Santa Clara is that the primary buyer has basically backed out over a few final negotiating points.

The deal included an up front payment that would cover next year's debt payment and some performance based payments next year, but they couldn't agree on the final amount.

Bankruptcy now seems like the best alternative and they're making preparations for that now.

Here we go again. Yet another moron making stupid statements about something they know nothing about. Do these trolls have nothing better to do? No doubt, another worthless Avaya employee who will NOT be around after the buyout. This is the reason Avaya is failing - obviously clueless people wasting time posting on idiot boards like this instead of working.
