finally hearing some rumblings that the vertical management structure will be reduced (as it should have been many moons ago)...let's hope that's true. imagine all of the slots above your boss's boss...none of whom have the slightest clue what goes on in the real world to get hydrocarbons out of the ground, and haven't in years. many, many layers of useless management, all the way up to uncle ryan...contributing nothing to the bottom line, yet leeching literally millions of dollars from the bottom line...pyres! pyres for them all!! burn their useless souls and save this company!
