TTS is a couple of months away from crumbling as a result of the stupidity of its leadership team, MM all the way down.
The person talking about the security org is spot on. I have heard the same story both internally and externally. It is a sad state of affairs when IT people outside of Target are aware of your bad leadership and dirty laundry.

Lol @ network drive. That's the biggest f up you could come up with! If a lan drive going down is a big deal to you, I've got some news for you. You're one of the ones that you say needs to be overhauled.
TTS needs a total overhaul...top to bottom. Latest eff up was the LAN decommission. 9/1 for the first few hours of the day we couldn't even open or copy files from our network drive...and it was a drive that was to remain read/write. Simple screw ups like this are very common from TTS unfortunately.
The Security Org is a complete cluster too. BM has shown that he has no tricks left up his sleeve. All he has done is shuffle the deck and force good people out. So many people have quit the org just because of a few horrible leaders. Its sad when people like their jobs but have to leave because of toxic leadership. BM never will admit failure and just keeps the bad projects floating just below the surface.
I hope the top rats in TTS are given the boot - they have destroyed this company
Life is too short to worry about bonuses. Just sit tight and relax.
