F-ck Aicha.
"Logged"? What a concept - exempt employees don't clock in/out. At the end of the day, the managers pull these names out of a hat based on their perception of who worked on the project or not. And the funny thing is that bad engineers log more hours cleaning up their work while good engineers don't spend as much time.
Show us the money. People.
Free obama phones.
@J5EzkrG-hya Another stupid post, do you know Intel gives most employees a phone and pays for unlimited service, even technicians have them, you a janitor cleaning the pi$$ off the floors in the men's bathrooms from all the little d1cks?
Only 1/4 the team will get the phone. Then it will be "suspended" due to cost.
The phone doesn't worth a fraction of a decent bonus, much less an actual raise.
See? Intel's playing with its employees well.
Promises promises promises....
Sure she will...the fellows and VP's will get an Iphone7.
A few year ago, we worked on haswell. Rani our vp promised to give an ultrabook. Then she flipped citing how other teams would feel bad if we partied when the company has little growth.
