Oil industry doesn't look and I can't see any improve any time soon. The demand for oil will be driven mainly by economic growth, increase in world population, but a further energy efficiency improvements using the substitutes (renewable) and increase in environmental regulations related with climate change will slower the growth in oil demand. The market for service companies is going to be more and more competitive. In order for them to survive they will need the right people to drive the business. The actions and strategy they are taking NOW will depend their future.
