Is there going to be a company-wide raise in Sep? Does anyone know more about it? Raise is VERY rare these years, I don't hope for much but at least it could cover my rent raise.

end of year coffee money was shared amongst thousands of employees (<1%), received in 3/4 years, and dependant on buskness units success for particular year..(17 quarters of declining revenue, didnt expect anything);

5k raised was received my final year and only after I switched portfolio managers (relative to peers outside with similar job function).. Only took 3 years..

SWEET!!!! I have 28 yrs with IBM & haven't had a raise in the past 4. I'll rush out now and buy a new car to replace my 11 year old vehicle that I couldn't previously afford to replace, maybe even take a nice vacation. No worries, I'll just pay it back as soon as that 50% raise shows up
Yeah! count on it. Ginny got a conscience and she is going out of her way to make it up to those who remain. I hear it is 50% minimum.
