Verified - announced to employees today. There are some exceptions, but for the most part, employees will experience a 5% decrease in pay September 11 - December 18, 2016. Seven pay periods. Employees were also given four additional specified/mandatory paid holiday days. Not sure how holidays will help pay employees' bills, but whatever.

Yes 5% for the overly paid underworked managers. That sounds like right siding our organization, but why stop there? My manager should have 10 % or 15% reduction in pay. It's not like they ever do anything.
