The latest edition of Intel is unlike any large company 30 years in the past. Yes, those were the good days during the PC revolution. Companies were flourishing in wealth and had steady growth. Employees were like family. We enjoyed time with one another, our families knew each other, there was tremendous work/life balance, everybody had each other's backs. This company is a shell of what it used to be thanks to management like BK who claim to have ideas to grow the company, sell a bag of goods to the Board, and then totally fail. Failure was so uncommon under good leadership, but we recovered quickly. Now there is no recovery as the company will continue to decline into oblivion.
Almost all manager are only interested in the self starters who help them look better. Very few managers left at Intel that care to nurture the newbies.
Shouldn't be a surprise the company is the next Kodak how can managers afford to waste time on others when their own survival is at risk!
sad but true...
Get use to it leftovers because Intel needs to shed another 50k from the books to justify the stock price.
