I agree, in my career path, my next job to move towards a promo was opened in Malaysia and there was no talking management about moving the opening to the US. In Israel there are lots of engineering positions opened so their employees can constantly rotate and achieve a PE role quicker while we in the US were left at interrupted vertical career path and then get punished for not moving up in grade :-(

In Malaysia we have a lot of Malays who do nothing all days, they just use the 5 prayers a day excuse to skip work.

If you don't believe, just dropby to Kulim and have a look, only the stupid Chinese is working, while the Malay just relax the whole year and get promoted due to Intel URM policy.

Yep. Selling out Intel to outsourcing is BK's easy solution. Rather than fighting like a patriot for American jobs, he took the political way out. Failure.
