I have a colleague who got the ISP reversed on appeal but then took the ERP with no regrets. I took the ERP and some mornings I wake up regretting it, but since I wasn't in a critical program or function, I feel like they would have come for me sooner rather than later anyway.

As to intel being great because they took you back is even more laughable as their outlook has never been more grim given the client business and lack of a healthy technology roadmap
