I have seen a lot of shouting, I take it to be similar to school yard bullies fist fights from decades ago. Very rarely do the shouting and degeneration that occurs as did fighting years ago result in much real progress. When you see such behavior it is the result of a total disconnect between manager and subordinate, either the manager is brilliant and the subordinate totally an idiot or miss-directed or vice versa. Either way when you see that in the two in a million you get Amazon and Apple but mostly you get a long list of train wrecks in the making like what is happening at Intel when true inspiring leadership is required.

The worst thing is this loud mouth shouting jerk will become the next CEO of Intel, sooner rather than later. Within the next 1 or 2 years, the way things are going under BK.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

In other words, MURTHY is an AR$$H01e B4s$rd difficult to work with. I doubt he gets any results by shouting at people. Intel already mistreats their real workers (the employees under managers) - bringing A LOUD MOUTH SHOUTING MURTHY JERK will only aggravate Intel's problems.
