My boss just got the laid off and I am being re-org'd. So far IT department being impacted. 20+ impacted so far.

It's really hard to be loyal to a company who does not reciprocate the same sentiments.
It's going to be tough to leave good people..but really easy to move on from a terrible company.

So many good people let go and go many of the rotten apples remain. No wonder why the org has been a mess
The company is only paying WARN Act money (60 days). If the affected employee finds work, no severance.
