When the voters in Colorado vote in the 2,500 ft. set-backs this November half of Noble Energy will be laid off. Including everyone in Colorado.

I don't think the poster was referring to abilities in any Noble office. He'said stating that if the setback legislation passes there won't be anywhere in the DJ that can be drilled

You think Colorado is bad? The folks in Canonsburg, PA are awful. Most are not qualified and way over paid.

Sad but probably right. However, the managers might have to get off their butts and work But probably won't because they don't know how to do anything at all. Yep. Sad. Waiting for the day when I am their manager. Probably won't happen because I'm not dumb enough to hire any of them.
