There are some great managers who have to contend with lying two faced people who pretend to work there.

Meth head Jim Logan, Mike Ya-Ya Nelson aka ratchet jaw, Randy do- nothing Hinds aka Rip Van Winkle,James slurp- slurp Marquez,some of the most worthless in Pampa Tx. All in charge of a dept. & they are all jokes with no respect in the plant. They give good head & toss a great salad. That keeps them their job.
More people in the office than in production. The NOV way, pushing paper makes more money than making rigs. Walk thru the office you see people doing nothing, still getting paid.WTF?

Is the meth lab back up .& running in the million dollar paint booth? Maybe the best bet to make money.
The truth has been told! The people that are clueless and lazy have been named. It's just ashamed for the people who do go to work & work hard that they don't respect their supervisors, & plant management. They hate showing up because it's hard to keep up morale when your lead by incompetent people. Some so lazy & stupid, workers can't believe that they have them as their boss.
There is no debate! It's fact, all LaRue's from Dean on down s--- at their jobs. Pampa NOV s---s. There are some good people there that work under terrible mgt.
