Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Anybody have an "Official" timeline on SPP refund ? I did not think they would wait till August sale for people who were ISP/VSP or ERP'd.......

It will be by payroll process not UBS as no stock purchase would have happened. It is a refund of paycheck withholding and should have happened a long time ago. I got mine before I was even officially gone.

Check your UBS account, it might be in there as cash.

I am in AZ, first round of ISPs in April, and received my SPP refund end of May. Then I got my variable pay long after many folks had received theirs. You will receive it. Don't know what criteria they are using for the payments. They are all over the place.

If you left before the next sale, you will not get the next sale. You will be refunded your contributions via whatever paycheck process you have in place. Details were in the separation Q&A.

I applied for mine even before I left and got it right away. Next pay period. I think if you miss that opportunity you have to wait awhile.
