I can not recall the last EOI letter that was sent out to us. Does anyone know if we EOI will it wave our rights to unemployment benefits?

It will not. COP stated that they will not fight against your unemployment benefits if you EOI. The notice should contain this info once it is officially released.
I was laid off last year and the state employment agency never asked if I had volunteered or not. Good luck to everyone!
