The earlier the team realises this the better, All the hot jobs have moved back to the US,some important Sr Directors,VP's and Sr VP's have found home in HQ(U will see them move discreetly to theUS)and all admin work remains in India. Before layoffs would be announced to the press & media,now it's done discreetly in small pockets,Women are laid off as soon as they come back from maternity (So much for diversity and so much for all you recent drum roll in media about helping returning mothers ) We are watching!! ....media is not a fool...Are there going to be more layoffs?....say YES.... Doesn't hurt to be transparent ,don't give us a well scripted diplomatic answer which actually was created for us by a 3rd party PR agency.Does not serve the purpose . Let's get this right, your not an ethical company unless ur transparent,so say what you have to without mincing words.The so called 1000 jobs announced again in the press hasn't surfaced and you aren't doing any cutting edge work.Know that however bad your Leadership team is talking about Walmart ,Flipkart and Amazon and how bad they are doing financially ,these very same leaders (read as only the ones capable enough to face the real world outside)are applying for jobs in these same companies. So , please note ur not a part of the same fabric of the headquarters , you are not an extension of the HQ team , not one team two locations and not a GIC in the true sense, Ur just a services wing of Target , who has hired a bunch of talkers who only know how to talk and not execute , they come late leave early from work.... And just know how to talk about books they read ,motivational faff, keep sending some crazy forwards thru the day , gossip about other team members,get a life do some work!!No wonder HQ team thinks you can't deliver.

Look at the performance of those so called Director in Target India ? We can only say they have been good Chamcha of Master, How can they be important, they have consistent record of failed program and failed delivery , they should have been thrown out of the organization long back time money ill spent on them should have been utilized to hire engineer who deliver / code. I am 100 % confident on their incapability that even sitting in HQ they will do nothing , just take salary sit idle, talk nonsense and be happy. Good Charity work Target but for Wrong people

Many of the eliminated positions in TI have been filled back, so much for decision effectiveness and agility. Some of those 'choosen' ones who were RIF'd have been called back and got promoted! Since April , so many promotions have taken place which donot make sense. The whole women's employment is a sham, with ladies coming back from MAT leave being asked to leave. TI is now reduced to a lowly BPO doing backend work. Yet we harp about being HQ, the culture etc etc. Huge gap between Mnpls HQ and TI HQ!

Type layoff on google and it aromatic ally pulls up Target.....Even the search engine seems to be ridiculing ur layoffs strategy.... Your just doing it way Too many times .No more best with team members isuppose.
