Need both sides for strategic reasons for at least a couple of year. Any cuts would likely be equally shared.

I think that SSDC is on better position than SKDC. It is very interesting which design center will survive in Asia. SSDC has rosewood and SKDC has V11 3.5inch program. Are they pair in SSDC-Korat and SKDC-Wuxi? Let's see....
