How can that be possible? About one half men another half wowen? Or only a few percents are Indian or Chinese?
Hiring people of different color is not going to solve any problems. How about fixing non-performing assets within the company ? Lets start with firing all the managers who just report status and sit in meetings all day ! If we drive these morons out, then company will suddenly look a like unit willing to take on every single challenge !
