What is the factory bonus amount?

Curious as to know what the factory bonus and shift bonuses are for a process engineer working in the fabs, say for grade 7 or 8. Can anyone share insight into this? I want to know if the pay difference is worth the extra stress of a factory vs non factory job.

The shift differential for any employee is 16% if you're on night shift. Non-exempts get some CWW pay bump, but if you're an exempt and you go to a day shift CWW, there is no extra pay. I did this for a year and got nothing.

what about shift differential? Is that better? I had some colleagues in Oregon who told me the shift differential practically doubled their take home. And CWW? Is there extra money there too? That said, I had one colleague who escaped the AZ fabs and said it was crazy-making and inhumane. By the time I knew her she was doing a nontechnical job, but she was so perpetually stressed out and paranoid that I think the fab did that to her. She had a colleague there who committed suicide.

I was in AZ FSM for over 22 years. The factory bonus is the same payout for every employee. $1000 for meeting 4/4 goals and actually $250 for meeting 3/4 goals. Nothing for 2 or fewer goals met.

The goals are quite lofty and hitting 4/4 is pretty rare. I've seen it 2-3 times since it was implemented. After taxes your $250 bonus for 3/4 goals is pretty sad (very common). Not worth it in my opinion. I left the fab earlier this year and I don't care that the bonus is no longer available to me.

$1000 per quarter for meeting 4/4 goals

$500 for meeting 3/4 goals

nothing for meeting less than 3/4 goals
