The biggest problem in Springtown is we have absolutely no leadership. Managers cannot or will not think for themselves. The top brass, Essex brigade or the Derry Yanks, whatever you want to call them are a disgrace. Springtowns management legacy will be they don't actually want good workers, but a bunch of yes men who spend their days emailing to anyone who wants to read how brilliant they are at sitting on their ass or spending time in the gym or jogging......
