PHD in USA can be bought for $10k at any American school.

PhD is overrated . many Chinese students do PhD because they are not allowed to go to USA for a master's degree. And can get a visa only if they pursue a PhD. The chairman made that rule. That's why you all these Chinese guys with PhDs. Very few are smart . most of them just want to work in USA and tend to get hooked up with a fellow Chinese student and get married.
How much geo diff are they offering, also did you join at grade 7 or 8, salary is ok for gr7 if they are giving 10%+ geo diff
