No it hasn't turned over a new leaf. This is another group with ties to the Obama administration attempting to take over the education industry. ECMC which was hand picked by the DOE to take over the schools from Corinthian Colleges has ties to both the Obama administration, through it debt collection business, and with the Clintons. This is another one of Obama's attempts at government controlled education and his way of hand picking the winners and the losers.
Hell no it hasn't turned over a new leaf, there's a damn war going on. Students, advocates, various pro-student groups, and state AGs vs. hedge funds, corporate CEOs, board of directors, stock holders, accreditors, and lobbyists.
