GE has not future in Oil and Gas. Face it, the products we sell are defective. The managers are f ups pulled from the crappy leftovers. The products are always late. Our customers have told us repeatedly to change and well we don't. Some of the customers refuse to work with us now. Some of the consulting companies are now being asked to look at GE equipment and support them in lawsuits against GE.... GE oil and gas I hope fails miserably. I usually don't wish that, but the management doesn't know what they are supposed to do other than try to find a scapegoat so they have a job. The products are of the lowest standards. The culture well enough said.

140 advised on Tues they were "at risk" - today they were told 60 were going in 2 weeks time (Montrose Scotland) - good luck to all

Hey uneducated. Nothing happened today either. That is simple for simpletons. Now get back to sweeping the floor. Any moronic comments I'll just go to the shops bathroom and read the illiterate scrawling on the wall.

Gee I am so glad that you have corrected me on many how days are in the year and the percentages of when things can happen and how many days it takes. I don't see how I have been able to function up to now with out your brilliant insight. You must be a manager, supervisor or someone of great importance within this great company that we are employed by. Please I beg your forgiveness oh great one who has pointed out that I am not worthy to make my simple uneducated comments.

Oh yeah btw nothing has happened today either

Nothing happens on 99% of days. It's the 1%, that it happens on. Dumb a$$. On 365 days a year, it happens on 3or 4 days only. Currently btw. Chances are at end of qtr.

I've heard Oklahoma City AL is going to get even more layoffs across all aspects, including regional sales.

is this why the O&G managers are acting like unstable hospital patients

They can't handle any kind of pressure, and the volume is decreasing, and let alone deal with managing employees equally

So why so uptight and FRUSTRATED

Maybe something is in the works
