This company is beyond saving. When there is an opportunity to RIF power players like Otis and Vinnie and it is not taken, it signals that the "new" leadership does not really want to change things.
Both of these idiots should have been let go in last month's restructuring. They are more interested in maintaining their own dysfunctional power bases than actually improving the company. They specialize in disorganization by design.
