Yeah Noble is a f**k company. I'd stay clear.

Pay is actually bad. All manages and supervisors, except for a couple, have no skills and fewer ethics. Most employees are no talent s--- ups ready to stab you in the back. You may be asked to do work so supervisors can give someone else credit for it so they can promote buddies. Bad stuff. But take it and keep looking.
The pay is good... but not as good as other oil & gas companies! Noble consistently pays less than it's peers (other companies). Unless you are in the executive suite where you are paid more than similar companies.
I definitely agree on that last comment. You will be asked to keep your mouth shut when bad things happen and should be reported. For that fact alone, I could never recommend this company to anyone.
The pay is good and you sell your soul for it. Never have I seen a more ethically challenged company.
Noble is a horrible company who treats its employees like dirt, but the pay is good.
Take it and keep looking.
If you are a massive asskisser you will be happy too. You will have a successful career at Noble.
Go volunteer for a layoff , get the package and double dip.
I happen to be quite happy. Depends on Department you work in from what I've heard.
If you decide to take the job please keep this in mind. At Noble it really doesn't matter how hard you work, or how good you are at your job, or what you know. What matters most is how well you kiss ass It is the bottom-line at Noble.
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. That said don't believe any of the "best workplace" hype or expect it to be a permanent position. The management is unstable and consequently so will be your position.

If it is your only option then take it. If you have other options I would put Noble at the bottom of my list.
