Anyone hear if they are getting rid of the signing TMs?? This new process with displays gives us even less responsibility and the the signing pallet gets smaller each week. 7 Years go they took away "specialist", which in reality meant no more guaranteed 40 hours - lucky to get over 25. Are we having a slow death of the signing TM?

We took all those hours at targets printing facility. 7 years ago when they changed the signage to fast signs it made signing way more efficent. We grew you all lost. Corperate way.
The signing team member at my store is typically on truck half the time so they aren't doing signing as much as they use to.
